What delivery options do you have?

Our economy Royal Mail shipping is a 3-5 day economy service.

All shipping costs are calculated by volumetric weight inline with the shipping companies.

The maximum volumetric weight for Royal Mail small parcel service is 2kg

We can ship to almost any country provided we have a full and correct delivery address

Do you delivery to PO box and BFPO?

Yes we are able to offer delivery to PO boxes and BFPO and we follow the recommended guidelines supplied by Royal Mail, however unfortunately we cannot offer a guaranteed delivery.

Please note delivery to PO Boxes is not available through our courier shipping services as all good have to be signed for.


International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated by volumetric order weight and the cost is shown in the checkout. We do not offer free shipping to international delivery addresses.

Please note international customers are responsible for their own customs import duties and taxes.

How long will it take to get to me?

• Premium Next Day delivery Mon- Fri only – Next working day for orders placed before 1pm (UK Mainland ONLY). 

• Next day orders placed on Friday before 1pm will be delivered on the next working day excluding bank holidays.

• Premium Northern Ireland, Channel Islands Scottish HIghlands and Islands, Isle of Man is a 2 day service 

• Premium Saturday delivery orders are delivered the Saturday after they are placed.

• For UK economy delivery we normally advise that orders take around 2 - 4 working days. 

• For Europe delivery we normally advise that orders take around 4 - 10 working days. 

• For rest of the world countries we normally advise that orders take around 10 -20 working days.


Please note that countries needing customs may take a little longer to reach you, also these times are only suggested and are in line with Royal Mail delivery times. This is not a guaranteed service and deliveries may be subject to delays and disruptions during busy periods. Please be aware that during UK bank holidays and particularly busy seasonal times of the year delivery may take a little longer than normal.


What if I missed my delivery or failed to collect it from the depot ?

If you were not at home when you order was delivered you must arrange a new delivery date within 24 hours through the Royal Mail website.

Royal Mail will only attempt 1 delivery and you will need to re-arrange a new one or collect from your local depot through the Royal Mail website.

If a delivery is returned to us due to being “undelivered” for any reason you will incurr a further shipping fee.


Returns Information

How long do I have to return an item ?

You have up to 14 days from receipt of order to return unwanted items for an exchange or refund. Please note all returned items must be unworn and have the tags attached and in the original condition.

Theres an item missing from my order

We’re very sorry that you have not received your full order, we try our best to make sure all orders are picked, dispatched and packed correctly at all times. Please get in touch with a member of customer service with your name, order number and details of which item is missing and we will rectify the problem as soon as possible. Missing items ust be reported within 48hrs of delivery.

I have received an incorrect item with my order

We’re very sorry you have received an incorrect item, we try our best to make sure all orders are shipped correctly. Please get in touch with a member of our customer service team as soon as possible and we will fix the problem as quickly as we can.


I havent received my order

We offer same day dispatch and shipping on the majority of our orders in the hope that our customers will receive their items as quickly as possible. We ask that all customers allow for delays and disruptions that occur within the postal service beyond our control. If you are worried that you have not received your order we kindly ask that you double check with your local post office, sorting office and neighbours in case the postal service have attempted a delivery, not left a failed delivery card or there’s a delay at your post office.

I would like to return and/or exchange an item

If for any reason your item is not suitable and you would like to return or exchange it, please either download our returns form or use the one enclosed with your order and post back to us at:

NB: The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

Clinton Enterprises will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them. For faulty and incorrect item’s the value of Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class delivery postage will be refunded to a maximum of £3.95.

We cannot cover the cost of 1st class post or additional insurance or any special delivery on returned items.

Your items WILL NOT qualify for a refund or return if:

1. Items are not in their original condition or there any marks/makeup on the item

2. Tags have been removed

3. You do not include your name and order number on the invoice.

Please note we do not currently offer free returns on our order exchanges.


My item is faulty

If you have received an item that is faulty, please get in touch with a member of customer service within 3 days from the day you receive the item. As soon as we know what the fault is a member of the Clinton Enterprises (Overseas)’s team will work with you to get the problem fixed as quickly as possible for you.

When will you receive/process my return?

We try our best to make sure all returns are processed within 10 working days from the day we receive the returned item. Please be aware that items being returned from overseas may take a little longer to reach us. A member of customer service will begin to process your return and will confirm this process by email.
